How many wears can I expect to get out of my Pastels™?

We don't recommend more that 3-4 wears per Pastel™, glue buildup is not only unhygienic but severely diminishes the "Natural" aspect of our under eye application, not to mention the integrity of the lash segment itself.

Can't I just scrape the glue off?

Our Pastels™ were specifically designed to be weightless for under lash application, this makes them very delicate. As such it is not recommended to scrape old glue off as it could cause deformity and tearing.

Instead, we recommend applying only a small amount of our white/transparent glue to the base of lash segment. This will be more than enough and is sure to give you the recommended usage.

Processing

Can I make changes to my order once it has been processed?

We try our best to meet the needs of all of our customers, email us at sales@ilashx.ca. If we receive your request within processing period (1-2 business days) we can amend your order.

How long after I make my purchase can I expect my package to ship?

We offer same day shipping on orders processed before 3pm EST. Orders after 3pm are always shipped the following day. We are a small team working as efficient as possible to fulfill all orders!

An email will follow up all completed purchases with and order confirmation.

When an order has been shipped, another email will be sent with tracking information.
