Returns

Your safety matters.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns on our products.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand sometimes quality can be an issue, damaged or defective products will be replaced by us at no cost to you!

To request and exchange, you can contact us at sales@ilashx.ca If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Disclaimer* Ilashx is not responsible for torn lashes AFTER the fact. Remove lashes from packaging with extreme care. Some lash styles may be more partial to tearing due to delicateness and the structure of some styles. We pride ourselves with providing the BEST QUALITY lashes at the Lowest prices. Maintaining this standard is important as well as necessary in continuing to offer our clients VARIETY in terms of style & length. 

Should you find that your lash style is difficult to work with, please contact our customer service. 

Ilashx does NOT cover the shipping cost for replacement lashes. The cost of shipping replacement lashes is the responsibility of the customer. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
